Char Siu Pork Lo Mein

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup roast pork, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Precooked noodles
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
Steps
- Heat oil in wok.
- Add onions, sauté for a min.
- Add roast pork, sauté for 1-2 mins.
- Add noodles, stir.
- Add a splash of water.
- Add 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce, cook for 2 mins.
- Add light soy sauce, keep stirring.
- Add sesame oil.

Note: the source clearly writes the dish name as "Comein" — this is almost certainly meant to be "chow mein" or "lo mein." Renamed to "Char Siu Pork Lo Mein" during the Batch 2 consolidation/import step: the method (precooked noodles stir-fried and coated in a soy-sauce-based sauce, no separate pan-frying/crisping step) matches lo mein rather than the pan-fried-noodle style of chow mein.
