Description: An updated video sharing my viral cinnamon roll recipe.

Frosting
Cooking Steps: In a stand mixer, mix the water, milk, egg, butter, flour, sugar, yeast, and salt with a dough hook. Knead for 15 minutes (not 5, sorry!), then place in greased bowl, cover, and rise for 2 hours. (15 minutes); While that's rising, make the filling by beating together butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. (5 minutes); Once the dough is done proofing, flour your surface and roll into an 18x15 rectangle, spread filling, roll, cut and place in a 9x13 baking dish. Cover and proof for 1 hour. (60 minutes); Once the rolls are done proofing, bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. (30 minutes); While those are baking, make the frosting by beating together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla bean paste, and salt. (5 minutes); Allow the rolls to cool for approximately 5-10 minutes, frost, and enjoy! (10 minutes).

Notes
[UNCLEAR: Frosting ingredient list boundary, moderate confidence] — The frosting ingredients are split across two scanned pages in different handwriting: "1/2 cup softened cream cheese" and "4 tbsp salted butter" appear printed at the bottom of the ingredients photo/list page directly below the Filling bracket (with no bracket label of their own), while "3 cups powdered sugar," "1 tsp vanilla bean paste," and "1/4 tsp salt" appear handwritten on the following page under a hand-drawn "frosting" bracket. This transcription groups all five under Frosting because Cooking Step 5 explicitly names "cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla bean paste, and salt" together as the frosting ingredients — but the original page layout doesn't label the cream cheese/butter pair itself, so it's an inference rather than a directly printed label. Photo: page 12 of the source PDF has an embedded photo (aesthetic/tiktok-style shot of stacked cinnamon rolls with a "cinnamon roll" text overlay) — good header photo candidate.

{# Review fix: the dialog's own aria-labelledby (above) points at #quick-add-dialog-title, which only the logged-in branch's title div carried - this branch's title needs the same id so a screen reader gets a real accessible name for the dialog in the logged-out state too. #}
